Autobahn, Hüper Optik, and Edge are proud to announce Eliu Albelo, Owner of Best Deal Window Tint in Orlando, Fla., as the recipient of 2025’s Nazir Award of Excellence. Named in honor of Faisal Nazir, the prestigious award recognizes those who have made their mark across the window film, paint protection film (PPF), and detailing industries.
Autobahn, Hüper Optik, and Edge CEO David Kratz presented Eliu with the award during 2025’s Dealer Conference at The Factory Atlanta in Atlanta, Ga.
Business Owner
Eliu entered the window film industry in 1996, working for local shops in Puerto Rico until 2001. From 2001 to 2007, he operated his own business–AutoTint.com. He then moved to Orlando, Fla., to start Best Deal Window Tint, which offers automotive window tinting, PPF, and ceramic coatings.
In a 2023 feature story titled Breaking Barriers: A Puerto Rican Perseverance Story, Eliu reflected on his inspiring journey.
“We started tinting competitions in my neighborhood in Puerto Rico when I was 12,” he shared. “Neighbors would compete to find out who was the better tinter. That pushed me to get better.”
Growing up in a low-income family in Bayamón, Puerto Rico, Eliu worked various roles at a young age.
“I’ve had to work hard since I was 11,” he added. “Cutting grass, washing cars, and cutting hair—I did it all. It was very challenging growing up. But I found my passion.”

Eliu has found success as an installer and business owner. He’s also the creator of acclaimed tools like The Tint Buster Sprayer System.
“It’s a game-changing tool,” shares Eliu, who wants to give back to the industry. “That is my greatest achievement. When I’m gone, I want to be remembered as the guy who brought the product to the industry.”

Eliu and his son, Nathaniel, are renowned for creating informative, inspirational, and professionally crafted videos that showcase daily projects. In November 2024, Eliu shared how his team’s engaging video content has elevated his company to new heights of success.
“When I started doing videos, I never thought I would impact so many lives,” he shared.

At Autobahn, Hüper Optik, and Edge’s 2024 Dealer Conference, held in March 2024 at LeMay – America’s Car Museum in Tacoma, Wash., Eliu showcased his skills by placing first in Autobahn’s inaugural PPF Competition and securing second in Autobahn’s inaugural Window Tinting Competition.
