We’re about a month into the new year. For the average window tinter, it’s a slower time for business. Most of us have looked back at the previous year and analyzed how we did. We get excited for the new year and talk to our friends in business, saying, “2024 will be a great year!”
That’s exactly the attitude we should have. But how do we make it happen?
Answering the Big Questions
It’s a tall task. Is it about efficiency? Expanded services and product offerings? I focus on my revenue first and make my plan from there. I look at my revenue and figure out how to increase that in the year ahead.
Break your revenue down by days, weeks, and months. Increase your revenue by focusing on your own business, not those in your local area or online. Block out the noise. It doesn’t matter what anyone else is doing or thinks. It doesn’t matter what the local competitors’ prices are or what their product lineups consist of. Find the best route to success for you and your business. Everyone’s path is different.
We need to know what competition does, to a degree. But at the end of the day, it’s more effective to focus your energy on you and your business.
Don’t Wait!
If you’re waiting until the end of the year or the new year to implement new plans, you’re already behind. Get started and go—don’t wait! By focusing on yourself, you’re off to a great start.
