Digital marketing and social media management agency Eye Magnet Management announced a merger with Run West Media and Triple 7 Development on April 4, 2024. Run West Media and Triple 7 Development will operate under the Eye Magnet Management name.

Merger Details

“This merger puts us in a unique spot,” says Patric Fransko, Founder of Eye Magnet Management. “We now have a lot of general marketing expertise and industry-specific expertise.”

Eye Magnet Management’s team has more than 50 years of combined experience in the window film, paint protection film (PPF), ceramic coating, and vinyl wrap industries. Established in April 2015, the agency is recognized as a seven-figure operation.

The merger sees Eye Magnet Management expand its geographical reach and client base. The company will now have offices in Chicago, Ill.; Austin, Texas; and Chagrin Falls, Ohio.

A Conversation Starter

“Discussions surrounding a merger started right after I got sick,” says Fransko, who was diagnosed with prostate cancer in August 2022. “I didn’t know what the outcome of my illness would be. We had to have those tough conversations—what happens to Eye Magnet’s clients if I don’t get well? That’s what got the ball rolling. In the worst case scenario, the client’s would still be serviced and the company would live on.”

24-year industry veteran Fransko beat prostate cancer in December 2022, but the conversations surrounding his company’s future continued.

“Fortunately, I did get well,” says Fransko, who also beat stage IIIB colon cancer in the early 2000s. “But that experience led to conversations with Aaron West of Run West Media and Matthew Denham of Triple 7 Development. I get along really well with Aaron and Matthew as individuals. We’re on the same page in regards to work ethic and attention to detail, and we’re all men of faith.”

Fransko encourages business owners across all sectors to proactively plan for the future and have difficult discussions to ensure the continuity of their companies.

“You’ve built a business on sweat and tears,” Fransko says. “What happens if something happens to you and the whole thing crumbles? What happens to your family members, employees, and clients? It’s something that everyone needs to think about. I didn’t think about it until I was sick. We all feel invincible until we’re not.”
