98 window film industry professionals attended Autobahn Brazil’s VIP Launch Party at the Tetto Rooftop Lounge in São Paulo, Brazil, on November 18, 2023. The gathering was co-hosted by Autobahn, and FilmStar Window Film, the Exclusive Distributor for Autobahn Brazil’s Dealer and Distribution Network.
Partying in São Paulo
“This partnership is the realization of a long-term vision,” says FilmStar Window Film Founder Christian Carvalho, who created the company in 2003. “I was very happy with everything we heard from our clients who were at the party.”
FilmStar Window Film, which has 18 team members, will play a significant role in Autobahn Brazil’s Dealer and Distribution Network. The company will provide support in terms of logistics, distribution channels, and dealer relations, helping Autobahn establish a strong presence in the Brazilian market.
Key members of Autobahn’s team were present at the event, including CEO David Kratz, Operations Coordinator Tegan Watson, and Training Coordinator George ‘El Chingon’ Nevarez.
“Sit down, hold on tight, and enjoy the ride,” Nevarez says. “This Launch Party was all about spending time with old friends and making new ones. This partnership has ‘No Limits.’”
Dealers in Attendance
Several prominent Autobahn dealers were in attendance for the party.
“I want to thank the teams at both FilmStar Window Film and Autobahn for the invitation to the event,” says Alexis Figueroa (‘El Magic’), Owner of Magic Shade Window Tinting and Detailing in Fort Worth, Texas. “They made me feel very special. I am happy to have been a part of this evolution in Brazil. It was very exciting for me.”
Eliu Albelo, Owner of Best Deal Window Tint in Orlando, Fla., adds, “It was an amazing event. I really felt the love from my Brazilian colleagues. It was a warm welcome.”
No Limits
Carvalho says FilmStar Window Film will start distributing Autobahn’s varied product lineup throughout the country in the near future.
“It’s a dream come true to be able to say that to the whole industry,” he says.
Global Expansion Efforts
Autobahn Brazil’s recent launch represents one of several international expansion initiatives. Autobahn Australia launches in January 2024. Autobahn Malaysia and Autobahn South Korea are also at the forefront of global expansion efforts pushing the industry forward.
