Autobahn, Huper Optik, and Edge partnered with Brian Butler, owner of Butler’s Tinting in Corsicana, Texas, for a 2022 Ford F-150 giveaway facilitated by the Take America Back to God Movement (TABTG). The organization announced that Jesus Izabal, owner of Face Window Tinting in Torrance, Calif., will be taking home the truck.
The Golden Ticket
From September 6 through September 8, Autobahn, Huper Optik, and Edge dealers received a raffle ticket for the giveaway with every order of $750 or more. Izabal’s winning raffle ticket was drawn on September 9 during the TABTG rally at the Mesquite Arena in Mesquite, Texas.
“When I called Jesus, he was in shock,” says Butler, who teamed up with TABTG to facilitate the giveaway. “He had no idea he was in the drawing. He kept thanking me and telling me his wife didn’t believe it. When I asked him for his Facebook, he replied, ‘I got off Facebook in January. I’m more focused on my family, going to church, and building my business.’ At that moment, I knew God had His hand in the [raffle] tumbler with mine.”
A 27-Year Career
“God is looking out for me,” says Izabal, who unknowingly entered the giveaway with an order that included Autobahn’s Ceramic i3 Window Film.
Izabal entered the industry in 1996. He furthered his craft as an installer at Paradise Window Tinting, a window tint shop in Lawndale, Calif. Four years later, he founded his current company, Face Window Tinting, to provide a mobile tinting service built around his customers’ schedules.
Following the win, Mel Villalon of Paradise Tinting in Long Beach, Calif., and Johnny ‘Blades’ Gonzalez of Texas Heat Tint in Huffman, Texas, gave industry friend Izabal a call.
“My five-year-old son couldn’t believe I won,” Izabal adds. “He woke up on Sunday saying, ‘Dad won a truck!’”
